With joy and gratitude I join the St. Columbkille staff, combining experiences in liturgy and formation as Coordinator for Encountering Christ. The specifics of this position are evolving, but some ideals guide the journey:

• Members of the parish staff have a different emphasis, but we meet and work as a team.
• I am guided by the pastors to not “try to do everything.” I am tasked with empowering parishioners, through targeted formation, to do the work of liturgy, music, and adult formation in ways that help individuals joyfully encounter Christ.
• As a parish, I hope we can discover anew each week the Beauty, Truth, and Goodness of our awesome God and of our Catholic Faith — particularly as encountered in word and sacrament, priest and assembly.
