COVID-19 Update

A Note from the Pastors:

• Gov. Reynolds said Iowa has its 1^st “community spread” case of Coronavirus. 
• Churches and other organizations are to start limiting gatherings of more than 250 persons.
• St. Columbkille and St. Joseph the Worker often have 250 to 300 persons at Sunday Masses.
• Vulnerable populations like elderly, those with underlying health issues, or their care-givers are encouraged to not attend today.
• Your pastors want you to know there is no obligation to attend Mass for these persons, or any who are uncomfortable attending.
• Watch parish websites for further changes to schedules, any cancellation of all Masses, and suggestions for prayer in the days ahead.
• Pray for our Blessed Mother’s intercession and for our Lord’s healing and peace for us.
