St. Columbkille has twelve (12) Circles and leaders. Each leader holds their position for a minimum of 2 years.
Members of St. Columbkille Parish are assigned to one particular Circle (month). Below is a listing of Circle information including an alphabetical member listing for each member to locate the circle to which they belong. You will be receiving a letter in the mail with this information as well.
Each Circle (leader and circle members) is responsible for assisting in parish activities for that particular month. Every circle contributes at the beginning of each month at Hospitality Sunday. Every circle also has at least one special event, sometimes more than one. Some of the special events are funeral dinners, appreciation weekends for clergy, teachers, etc., the Cookie Walk, Parish Breakfasts, St. Patrick’s Day Meal for Seniors, our Parish Garage Sale, and the Spring Fling Dinner and Style Show. These events are only a portion of how the parish circles contribute to the needs of the parish.
Please feel free to contact your circle leader and volunteer at any time for any of the events in which your circle will assist. It is very helpful if each parish member would call your leader to volunteer ahead of time. If there are events you would like to help with or to join us for prayer, please know that you are welcome, even if it is not your scheduled month. We can use YOUR help at any event. Please always feel free to volunteer!
