  3. Transportation (cab ride) to the eye doctor, dentist, or doctor – Call the VNA at 556-6200 and ask for Molly.

  4. Society for Special Needs – (services, medication, & equipment) Please see your school nurse for an application.

  5. Diabetes Help – Call Shelly Malone at 582-1881.

  6. Children-At-Home Program – Funding for health needs.

  7. Hawk-I Insurance Program for Children – Health coverage for children & teens from 0-19 years old. Please see your school nurse for an application. Stacy Kaufman from the FNA, 556-6200.

  8. School Based Counselor from Hillcrest – Free individual and family counseling for families. Referral from school counselor or principal is needed.

  9. Sertoma Club – They specialize in helping people with communication, hearing, speech, and language needs. Call Jean Ann Althaus at 582-2628.

  10. Noon Optimist – They wil help with financial requests. Call Wayne Zumhof at 582-4763.
